5. Shipping

• We ship within Italy, the EU and the UK.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs checks.

• Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all returns.

• Unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days (EU cooling-off period).

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened body oils and shea butter cannot be returned.

• Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions but we cannot guarantee that all product details, images or pricing are error-free.
