Processing Times

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 CET or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delivery Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at contact@gradoreaureum.com and we will assist.

 

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please take photos immediately and email us at contact@gradoreaureum.com. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Gradore Aureum cannot be held responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional Information

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or customs checks.

Customs & Duties (UK): Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import duties and VAT, charged by HMRC. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect addresses: Please check your shipping details carefully. Gradore Aureum is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged items: If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us immediately at contact@gradoreaureum.com with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at  contact@gradoreaureum.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
