While not all of our products are certified organic, most of our formulas feature certified organic ingredients. We conduct extensive research on all of our chosen products to ensure that they meet our strict efficacy, safety, and sustainability standards.
Yes! All our products are cruelty-free. In conjunction with the enforcement of prominent environmental standards for organic beekeeping, ethical treatment of the bees is practiced and applied when sourcing our beeswax.
All products will have an expiry date noted on the packaging. For all products except for some products, the shelf life of our products is three years when unopened and stored at room temperature. We have suggested the product be used within 12 months of opening.
To ensure that your products remain in optimal condition, we recommend storing them in a cool and dry area away from direct heat or sunlight.
Our oils are crafted with a luxurious blend of nourishing carrier oils and fine fragrances, designed to deeply moisturize the skin while leaving a long-lasting, elegant scent. Each oil is hand-blended in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.
Yes. Our carrier oils are plant-based and enriched with Vitamin E. We never use parabens, sulfates or mineral oils. Our Nilotica Shea Butter is 100% raw and pure, sourced ethically from East Africa.
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and nourishing. However, as with any skincare product, we recommend doing a small patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

If you don’t know your order number, please confirm the email address and the full name provided when placing the order so that we can look into it for you. Our emails may be accidentally flagged by spam filters. Please check your spam folder of your email and mark us as nice instead of spam.
Once your order has been shipped from our distribution center, we will send you an email with your online tracking information. Use this information to track your order via the courier website linked in the email. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us at contact@gradoreaureum.com.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot make any edits or substitutions. Once an order has been paid, our distribution center has processed it to be fulfilled in real time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipment. If you don't want the product, you can return it.
