Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Gradore Aureum products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. To start a return, please contact us at contact@gradoreaureum.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for return

• Products must be unopened, unused and in original sealed packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of body oils or shea butter that have been opened, used or tampered with.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to request a return

1. Email us at contact@gradoreaureum.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, leaking or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

• Personal care products (such as perfumed body oils and raw Nilotica shea butter) that have been opened, used or tampered with.

• Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and then place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

 

Your item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, with all seals, tags, and original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
